When your looking to improve the acoustics of any space, then you should consider Acoustical Sound and Echo absorption panels.

These acoustic panels are a 40mm thick, Class A sound insulation board, consisting of polyester fibers, and made from over 60% recycled material.

The boards are extremely strong, retain their shape, and carry a beautiful aesthetic. The polyester fibre boards are lightly pressed on both sides, resulting in a smooth surface allowing interior finishing applications.

The product comes in 3 colours, all of which look superb in any environment. And being Class A absorbers, unlike a lot of similar boards, you need significantly less of them to achieve the same level of echo reduction.

Installing the acoustic panels

The panels can be mechanically fixed or glued.

For optimal acoustic correction, please leave a spacing between the edges of the panels of 5 cm.

The surface receiving the panel should be clean, free of oil, dust and grease.

Polyester wool can be cut with a sharp ceramic knife, scissors, filament, band saw, or foam saw.

The material withstands temperatures from -30°C to 120°C

When using adhesive

The Acoustical range can also have a surface equipped with an adhesive.

Protected by a silicone yellow film, it is thus possible to adhere the panel directly to its support.

The panels must be glued to clean, dry supports free of traces of oils, greases, dust or solvents.

After removing the protective film from the adhesive, uniform pressure should be exerted for adhesion over the entire surface and to prevent the formation of air bubbles.

Please note that once the adhesive is applied, the panel is no longer moveable.

Always perform a test with the glue to ensure compatibility and adhesion while strictly following the bonding instructions provided by the manufacturer.

How to maintain the boards

The surface can be easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner and a soft brush.
