How to use the SM20 Panel Adhesive?

Follow these steps for optimal results:

1. 1. Preparation:
      • Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dirt, oil, grease, or dust.
      • Shake the adhesive can thoroughly before use.
   2. Application:
      • Adjust the nozzle to the largest spray pattern (usually the third symbol to the right).
      • Hold the can 6-8 inches from the surface and apply an even coat to both the back of the SM20 panel and the wall.
      • Use a vertical spray pattern on one surface and a horizontal pattern on the other to ensure a strong bond.
   3. Bonding:
      • Press the SM20 panel firmly against the wall immediately after spraying the adhesive.
      • Apply even pressure to the panel using your hands or a roller to ensure proper adhesion.
   4. Ventilation and Safety:
      • Ensure the area is well-ventilated during application.
      • Wear a mask to avoid inhaling adhesive fumes.
   5. Storage:
      • Store the adhesive at room temperature (15° - 21°C) when not in use.
   6. Mechanical Fixings (Optional):
      • For additional security on challenging surfaces, use nails or nail guns to temporarily secure the panel while the adhesive cures.

• Avoid Over-Spraying: Do not concentrate the spray in one area or allow adhesive to puddle.
• Act Quickly: Once sprayed, bond the surfaces promptly to avoid the adhesive curing before contact.
