Suitability
The thickness of the gym tile is a good guide to the level of intensity that a tile is design for:
SilentGym Roll 8mm: under machines and low/medium intensity exercise (can be with light weights) eg. Yoga/pilates, running machines
SilentGym Roll 10mm: light weights and low/medium intensity exercise (can be under machines) eg. Weigh machines, conditioning, light weights
